The political news circuit is stating that the man that allegedly made threats to House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, has been arrested. It was reported by several political news sources that the man had allegedly made several threatening calls to Nancy Pelosi in regards to her support of the new health care bill. The political news circuit says that the arrest of a man by the name of Gregory L. Gusti, age 48, was made in San Francisco, California at the man’s home. The world of politics is stirring up about this particular story to date because it was today that the political news circuit reported that Gusti appeared in court today.
The world of politics became stunned by the chain of events that surrounded Gusti’s first court hearing. The political news circuit is reporting that Gusti cried in a conversation with his attorney before the court hearing was slated to take place. The political news circuit has reported that no plea was entered by Gusti. Further details regarding the case are yet to be released. Nevertheless, it has been stated that if Gusti is proven to be guilty, he can be sentenced to two years in jail, a $250,000 fine, and one year of supervised release.

Gusti was charged with a felony, in which he was sentenced to one year in jail in 2004, for threatening to kill a train conductor. He has allegedly been charged with theft and telephone harassment. The political news circuit has also made reports that Gusti was sued by a church in San Francisco, in which the church had allegedly wanted Gusti to cease his “campaign” of harassment to its members.
